Samuel Combs III, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Sam is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience leading large operations, consumer services and regulatory affairs in the energy and telecommunications industries. Prior to Electrical Midstream, Sam served as President of Oklahoma Natural Gas Company and ONEOK Distribution Companies, the $3 billion natural gas distribution segment of Fortune 200 diversified energy company, ONEOK, Inc. ONEOK Distribution Companies is among the nation’s largest natural gas utility operators, serving over 2 million wholesale, retail and industrial customers in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas.

His responsibilities at ONEOK included leading business strategy, rates and regulatory compliance, gas supply, industrial marketing, construction, maintenance, customer service, human resources, community relations and a team of more than 3,000 employees. Under Sam’s leadership, ONEOK Distribution reported multiple years of record profits and sustained growth in returns on capital invested. Prior to ONEOK, he held management positions of increasing responsibility at AT&T and Southwestern Bell.

Sam is a director of First Fidelity Bank, a $1.5 Billion financial services company serving Arizona and Oklahoma, where he served on the Compensation and Asset/Liability Committees, and chairs the governance committee. He was Managing Partner of COMSTAR Advisors, a management consulting and private equity firm serving primarily middle-market energy and energy-related companies ($20-$200 Million). COMSTAR’s diverse investment portfolio spanned banking, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, professional sports, and real estate.

He received a Bachelor of Science Industrial Engineering degree from Oklahoma State University, graduated from the Ross School of Business Executive Program at the University of Michigan. Closely aligned with Electrical Midstream’s commitment to the community, Sam is very involved in the community as gubernatorial-appointed trustee and vice-chairman of the board of Tulsa Community College and governor of the Oklahoma State University Foundation. Additionally, he is a past-president of Leadership Oklahoma and a former board member of the Southern Gas Association.

Mark Fisher, Co-Founder and President

Mark Fisher is a Co-Founder and President of Electrical Midstream, an innovative company taking a fresh approach to the rapidly evolving energy market. An entrepreneur, third-generation engineer, and problem-solving CEO, Mark until recently was CEO of 3rd Generation Engineering, a highly successful consulting firm covering design, project management and construction oversight of Electrical, Instrumentation and Control systems for projects throughout the United States.

Mark brings over 25 years of experience tackling complex engineering problems over a broad cross-section of industries. He has demonstrated strategic and operational strengths in growing revenues and profits in the highly competitive engineering consulting environment through strategic insight, innovation, depth of knowledge, best practices, cost containment and project executional skills.

As a consultant, Mark gets to see “under the hood” of a vast number of companies in industries ranging from oil and gas to manufacturing; electric utilities to semi-conductors; commercial, medical, and retail facilities. Consequently, Mark has been able to translate his consulting experience into cutting-edge products and services to meet the unique energy needs of his clients. In the fast-paced energy market, Mark’s technical expertise, coupled with the depth and diversity of his business experience, has created breakthrough innovations for clients.

Mark holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma College of Engineering and is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program. He is the current Chair of the IEEE Dallas Chapter of the Power & Energy Society.

Geoff Green, Co-Founder and Executive Vice President

As an executive, entrepreneur, investor and advisor, Geoff has dedicated over 25 years to creating and building successful brands, businesses and services with a customer-centric focus. Prior to Electrical Midstream, Geoff was CEO and co-founder of Netvious Networks, a leading-edge mobility solutions provider. When Netvious was first launched, “mobility solutions” was barely a buzzword, but by 2016, Netvious was recognized by Inc. Magazine as the 137th fastest-growing company in the United States, and the 7th fastest-growing company in Texas.

Geoff’s corporate career highlights include financial services marketing and strategy roles with Fortune100 firms such as American Express, GE Capital, and Citigroup, as well as operating roles at AIG, including leading a global joint venture which promoted insurance and financial service products in 27 countries worldwide. Geoff has successfully worked across a broad range of geographies and cultures including China, Asia, Europe, Russia, and Latin America.

Geoff received the Dallas Business Journal 2017 Minority Business Leadership Award. He has been featured in a variety of publications, including The New York Times, Dallas Morning News, Dallas Business Journal and Inc. Magazine. His board experience includes Visit Dallas, Hack the Hood, Dallas Contemporary, and Rainbow Days, a non-profit organization serving at-risk children. Geoff was also Board Chair of the Urban League of Southwestern Connecticut. Geoff holds a BA in Economics, as well as a BA in Chinese History from the University of California, and an MBA from the University of Michigan where he was an Exxon Fellow.
