Having a positive impact on the communities that we serve is a critical component of our business culture here at Electrical Midstream. We strongly encourage our associates, customers and partners to get involved in the community and create positive change.

As an organization, Electrical Midstream leads by example, from providing pro bono consulting and mentoring support to helping minority and woman-owned businesses succeed, to improving the lives of homeless children, bringing hope and a promise of better tomorrows. Rainbow Days

Rainbow Days gives children hope for a promising future by providing them with the skills and support they need to make healthy choices, stay drug free

and believe they have a purpose. Through an array of direct services including Rainbow Days’ own CBSG® Program, Classroom Presentations, Summer Camps, Family Outings and other Supportive Services, over 11,000 children and youth living in high-risk situations in the Dallas area benefit each year from the support and education this organization provides. Rainbow Days has positively impacted over a million children over the last 32 years.
